General Definitions
This agreement is a legally binding contract between every player ("User" or "Player") who accesses and uses the goals88 platform ("Platform") and goals88 ("Company").
By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using the services in any way, the player is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions in this agreement.
goals88 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility Requirements
To use the platform, you must meet the following requirements—
- You must be 21+ years of age.
- You must be legally allowed to access these services under the laws of Myanmar.
- You confirm that you are playing of your own free will and intent.
- You must not be an employee, family member, or associate of the company in relation to gambling.
- You must not have a previously closed account on the platform.
goals88 has the right to refuse to open an account for any player found not to meet the eligibility requirements. It also has the right to close an existing account.
Account Registration and Management
3.1 — One Account Per Player Policy
Each player may only open one personal account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in those accounts will be forfeited. Winnings derived from bonuses will not be eligible for withdrawal.
3.2 — Registration Information
Players must register using accurate personal information only. goals88 reserves the right to close any account that was opened with false, misleading, or another person's details.
3.3 — Account Security

3.4 — Account Verification (KYC)
goals88 may request a copy of a player's ID or proof of their payment method when processing a withdrawal or a bonus claim. If you refuse to comply with the request, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 — Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods at goals88 are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. All transactions are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).

4.3 — Withdrawal Process
After a withdrawal request is approved, funds normally arrive at the bank within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit; switching to a different method is not permitted.
4.4 — Withdrawal Hold Notes
Situations in which withdrawals may be placed on hold include—
- Bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
- KYC verification is not yet complete
- Situations arise that require further review
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 — Welcome Bonus
The goals88 welcome bonus gives a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to withdraw this bonus is bonus amount × 15.

5.3 — General Bonus Terms
- Withdrawals will only be permitted after the wagering requirement for each individual bonus has been fully met.
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
- If a bonus is not claimed within 7 days of deposit, it will expire.
- goals88 reserves the right to discontinue any promotion at any time.
- For wagering purposes, live casino play counts 100% and slots play counts 100%. Football betting and maung (parlay) play may be counted differently — check when accessing the service.
- If a disconnection from an external connection occurs during gameplay while a bonus is active, that session will not count toward wagering progress.
5.4 — Cashback and VIP Bonuses
VIP players can receive weekly cashback according to their tier — Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Cashback is awarded as bonus funds, so wagering requirements apply in accordance with the relevant promotion terms.
Game Rules
6.1 — Valid Play
Players must place bets using their own funds and at their own discretion. There is no guarantee of winning any game.
6.2 — Game Void
If a technical fault is found to have caused an incorrect game result, goals88 has the right to void the bet for that game.
6.3 — Software Errors
A game result caused by a server attack, software error, or external factor may be declared void. In that case, only the amount the player deposited will be returned — no winnings will be paid.
6.4 — Bet Limits
goals88 sets a maximum bet amount per transaction for every game, and bets exceeding that limit will not be accepted. Players must check the limits shown within the game interface before playing.
6.5 — Prohibited Play Methods
The use of bots, collusion between players, attempts to hack games, or arbitrage betting are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and no funds will be returned.
VIP Program Terms
The goals88 VIP program has 4 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players advance from one tier to the next based on their betting activity.
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tiers may be reviewed by goals88 based on betting activity. All decisions are final. VIP rewards are issued as bonuses, so the bonus wagering requirements in section 5.1 apply.

Account Closure and Suspension
10.1 — Closure by goals88
goals88 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice for the following reasons —
- Breach of any terms in this agreement
- Account hacking or engaging in unfair play methods
- Inaccurate personal information found during verification
- Refusing to cooperate with KYC verification
10.2 — Closure by the Player
If a player wishes to close their account, they can contact [email protected] to arrange a withdrawal of remaining funds. If the account is closed before bonus wagering requirements are met, any remaining bonus balance will not be returned.
Limitation of Liability
goals88 will not be held responsible for losses arising from the following situations —
- Financial losses resulting from the player's own decisions
- Issues caused by the player's own internet connection dropping
- Issues caused by the player's own personal data leak
- Game interruption caused by a third-party software fault (in this case, only the bet amount is refunded)
- Force majeure — uncontrollable events such as war, natural disasters, or changes in law
goals88's maximum liability to any individual player shall not exceed 100% of the total deposits that player has made within the most recent 30 days.
Changes to Terms
goals88 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify players through their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after an announcement is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The Myanmar language version of these terms and conditions is the official version. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Myanmar language version shall be the deciding version.
